Author Guidelines

To maintain the highest academic and publishing standards, authors are required to prepare their manuscripts according to the following guidelines:


1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English and submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.

  • The paper should be structured into the following sections:

    • Title Page (with author names, designations, and affiliations)

    • Abstract (150–250 words)

    • Keywords (4–6 relevant keywords)

    • Introduction

    • Literature Review / Theoretical Background

    • Methodology

    • Results and Discussion

    • Conclusion and Future Work

    • References (APA 7th Edition format)


  • Page size: A4; Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing.

  • Tables, charts, and figures should be properly numbered and captioned.

2. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts should be submitted via email to editor.jibmi@gmail.com

  • Each submission should include:

    • The manuscript file

    • A signed Copyright Form (available on the website)

    • A short author biography (100–150 words)

3. Review and Acceptance

  • JIBMI follows a double-blind peer review process.

  • Authors will receive the first editorial decision within 3–5 weeks of submission.

  • Accepted manuscripts will undergo formatting and proofreading before final publication.

Copyright Form

Upon acceptance, authors are required to sign and submit a Copyright Transfer Form, confirming that:

  • The work is original and has not been published elsewhere.

  • The author(s) hold the rights to the content until it is accepted for publication.

  • Once accepted, JIBMI is granted the right to publish the paper in print and electronic formats.

  • Authors retain moral rights and can reuse their work with proper acknowledgment to JIBMI.

All published works are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing others to share and adapt the work with proper citation

Plagiarism Policy

The Journal of Integrated Business and Multidisciplinary Innovation (JIBMI) maintains a strict policy against plagiarism to ensure the originality and integrity of published research.

  • All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software (Turnitin / iThenticate) prior to review.

  • A paper with more than 15% similarity index (excluding references) will be returned to the author for revision.

  • Direct copying, paraphrasing without acknowledgment, or reuse of previous work (self-plagiarism) is strictly prohibited.

  • Authors are responsible for ensuring proper citation and referencing of all sources.

Actions for Violations:
If plagiarism is detected post-publication, the article may be retracted, and the author may be blacklisted from future submissions.
