We strictly do not support plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate submissions, ghost authorship, or any form of academic misconduct.
Our consultancy services provide editorial and technical guidance only. All peer-review processes, editorial evaluations, acceptance decisions, and publication outcomes remain solely with the respective journals, publishers, or conference organizers.
All manuscripts, research documents, and personal information shared with us are treated as strictly confidential. Access to client materials is limited to authorized personnel directly involved in providing the requested service. We do not disclose or distribute documents to third parties without prior written consent, except where legally required.
Clients retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over their work at all times.
Our services include editorial refinement, formatting support, documentation review, structural guidance, and publication process advisory. We do not guarantee manuscript acceptance, indexing status, impact factor allocation, conference approval, or publication timelines.
We respect editorial independence and do not influence or interfere with peer-review or editorial decision-making processes.
All consultancy services are provided on a paid basis as agreed upon before commencement of work.
Payment terms will be clearly communicated in advance.
In most cases, partial or full advance payment may be required prior to service initiation.
Customized or institutional consultancy projects may require milestone-based payment structures.
Work delivery timelines begin only after confirmation of payment and receipt of all required documents.
Invoices will specify service scope, fees, and expected delivery timelines.
We strive to provide quality services; however, the following refund guidelines apply:
Refund requests must be made in writing within 3–5 working days of service delivery.
Refunds are not applicable once the agreed service has been fully delivered.
No refunds will be issued for rejection of manuscripts by journals, conferences, or publishers, as editorial decisions are independent of our consultancy services.
Partial refunds may be considered if services have not yet commenced or if mutually agreed upon in exceptional circumstances.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Timelines & Delays
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated before service initiation. While we aim to adhere strictly to agreed deadlines, delays may occur due to:

Delayed client response
Complex revision requirements
Unforeseen technical circumstances
In such cases, clients will be informed promptly, and revised timelines will be provided.
