Confidentiality & Data Protection

Access to client materials is limited to authorized personnel directly involved in providing the requested service. Payment Policy

• Payment terms will be clearly communicated in advance.

• In most cases, partial or full advance payment may be required prior to service initiation.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide quality services; however, the following refund guidelines apply:

• Refunds are not applicable once the agreed service has been fully delivered.

• No refunds will be issued for rejection of manuscripts by journals, conferences, or publishers, as editorial decisions are independent of our consultancy services.

• Partial refunds may be considered if services have not yet commenced or if mutually agreed upon in exceptional circumstances.
